Drawing a Woolly Mammoth: Step-by-Step Drawing Lesson

Animals
Hi little artist! Today we are going back to the Ice Age to draw a giant, woolly mammoth. Using simple shapes, we will create this cool animal from the past together. Grab your pencil and let's start this prehistoric adventure!
1
Two circles as a base for the body and the head of the mammoth.
Draw a large horizontal oval for the body and a smaller circle for the head.
2
The outline of the back, neck, and a small line for the tail.
Connect the head and the body with a thick neck and draw a curved line for the tail.
3
Guide lines for the four legs and the large tusks of the mammoth.
Place straight lines where the legs will go and two long arcs for the tusks.
4
The shapes of the sturdy legs and a small ear on the side of the head.
Make the legs thicker with ovals and draw a small round ear on the head.
5
The trunk of the mammoth and a small eye in the middle of the head.
Draw the long trunk at the front of the head and give the mammoth a small eye.
6
Thick tusks and details such as toenails and a fluffy tail.
Now make the tusks thicker and draw small toenails at the bottom of the legs.
7
Details of the hairy coat over the entire body of the mammoth.
Draw small strokes everywhere along the lines so the mammoth gets a warm, woolly coat.
8
The completed drawing of a woolly mammoth without guide lines.
Erase the guide lines and draw a line on the ground where the mammoth is standing.
