Drawing a snow leopard in 8 steps

Animals
Hi little artist! Today we are going to draw a very special animal from the mountains: the snow leopard. With its thick fur and long tail, it looks super cool. Grab your pencil and eraser, and let's get started together!
1
Basic shapes of a snow leopard: a circle and a large oval.
Draw a small circle for the head and a larger oval for the body of the snow leopard.
2
The neck and the long tail line connecting the circle and the oval.
Connect the head and the body with two lines for the neck and draw a long, wavy line for the tail.
3
Guide lines for the legs and the placement of the eyes and ears.
Now draw guide lines for the legs and put small dashes in the face for the eyes and ears.
4
Drawing thicker legs and a snout on the snow leopard.
Make the legs thicker by drawing shapes around the lines and sketch the snout of the leopard.
5
Details of the ears and the large paws of the snow leopard.
Give the snow leopard round ears on top of its head and draw large, soft feet at the bottom of the legs.
6
Filling in the face and making the tail thicker.
Draw the eyes, the nose, and make the tail nice and thick with a furry edge.
7
Adding spots and small details to the body.
Add small details like the toes and start drawing the famous spots on the fur.
8
The finished drawing of a snow leopard without guide lines.
Erase the guide lines and trace the outer lines extra dark for a beautiful end result.
