Drawing a cheerful salamander

Animals
Hi little artist! Today we are going to draw a slippery but super fun salamander. Using simple shapes like circles and lines, you'll conjure up a little creature on paper in no time. Grab your supplies and let's get started quickly!
1
Two ovals with a line through them as a base for the salamander.
Draw two ovals for the head and the body, and connect them with a guide line in the middle.
2
The outline of the body and neck of the salamander drawn with fluid lines.
Now draw the outer lines of the neck and the belly around the ovals.
3
A long curved line indicating the shape of the tail.
Make a long, graceful line starting from the body for the tail.
4
Small dashes near the body showing where the legs will be.
Place short guide lines at the spots where the four legs should go.
5
The shapes of the legs and a small eye on the head of the salamander.
Draw the thickness of the legs and make a small circle for the eye.
6
Details of the toes and a full shape for the tail.
Draw the small toes on the legs and make the tail a bit thicker.
7
The face and back line of the salamander further developed.
Give the salamander a smile and draw the lines of his back more clearly.
8
The completed drawing of a salamander on the ground without guide lines.
Erase the guide lines and draw a nice surface for him to crawl on.
