Drawing a ring-tailed lemur: Step-by-step drawing lesson

Animals
Hi little artist! Today we are going to draw a very special animal: the ring-tailed lemur from Madagascar. With its big eyes and super long striped tail, it looks super funny. Grab your pencil and eraser, and let's get started together!
1
Basic shapes of a lemur: a small circle and a large oval.
Draw a small circle for the head and a larger oval below it for the body.
2
The neck lines and a long curved line for the lemur's tail.
Connect the head and the body with two lines and draw a long, wavy line for the tail.
3
Guide lines for the legs and the face of the ring-tailed lemur.
Draw thin guide lines for the arms and legs, and put small dashes in the face for the eyes.
4
Adding thick legs and pointed ears to the lemur sketch.
Make the legs thicker and draw two triangular ears on top of the head.
5
Drawing hands, feet, and a snout on the lemur.
Draw small hands and feet on the legs and make the snout a bit pointed.
6
The lemur's face with eyes and a branch to sit on.
Draw round eyes and a small nose, and start on a thick branch under the paws.
7
Drawing a thick, fluffy tail for the ring-tailed lemur.
Make the tail nice and thick by drawing around the guide line.
8
Drawing rings on the tail and details on the paws.
Now draw the rings on the tail and add small details like the toes.
9
The finished drawing of a ring-tailed lemur on a branch.
Erase the guide lines and color your lemur with gray and black shades!
