Drawing a beautiful Angelfish

Hi little artist! Today we are going to draw a beautiful angelfish, one of the most beautiful fish in the ocean. Grab your pencil and a white sheet of paper. We'll start very simply with basic shapes, so join in!

Step 1: Draw a horizontal oval for the head of the angelfish.
Draw a horizontal oval in the middle of your paper for the head of the fish.

Step 2: Draw a large arc for the body of the fish.
Make the body larger by drawing a large arc at the back of the oval.

Step 3: Add a mouth and lines for the fins.
Draw a small mouth at the front and place guide lines for the fins at the top and bottom.

Step 4: Draw the wide shapes of the fins at the top and bottom.
Now make the fins wider by turning them into beautiful, wavy shapes.

Step 5: Draw a round eye and the pelvic fins.
Draw a round eye in the head and add the small fins near the belly.

Step 6: Make the fins pointed and draw the pupil in the eye.
Give the fins nice sharp points and finish the eye with a small pupil.

Step 7: Add details and stripes to the fins and the body.
Now draw the lines on the fins and add small details to the body.

Step 8: The completed angelfish with bubbles and without guide lines.
Erase the guide lines and draw some cheerful bubbles around your fish.
