Drawing a flying Pteranodon
Hi young artist! Today we are going to draw a super cool flying dino: the Pteranodon. Grab your pencil and eraser, because we're going to work step by step. Look closely at the shapes and join in the fun!

Draw two ovals for the head and the body, and place a straight line for the long beak.

Connect the head to the body by drawing a neck and add a small line for the tail.

Now draw long lines for the top of the large wings and the shape of the mouth.

Create the shapes of the shoulders and the legs by drawing small circles and lines.

Draw the crest on the back of the head and make the beak a bit thicker.

Give the dino an eye and draw the toes on the legs and the tips of the wings.

Now draw the wavy lines of the wing membrane leading to the body.

Make the outlines thicker and erase the guide lines so your dino is ready to fly!
