Hi little artist! Today we are going to draw a manatee, a super soft and slow animal that lives in the water. They look a bit like big, floating potatoes with fins! Using simple shapes like ovals, we will create a beautiful work of art together.

In this drawing lesson, you will learn to draw a manatee using basic shapes. We start with ovals for the body and then add fins and a tail.

Draw a large horizontal oval for the body and a smaller circle for the head.
Connect the head and the body with smooth lines so it becomes one whole.
Draw a wide shape at the back for the flat tail and guide lines for the fins.
