Drawing Link from Zelda: Become a true hero!

Hi young artist! Today we are going to follow a cool drawing lesson about Link from The Legend of Zelda. Grab your pencil and paper, because we are going on a real adventure on paper. We start with simple shapes so everyone can join in!

Draw two circles and a guide line in the middle for Link's face.
Draw a circle for Link's head and a smaller circle for the bird's head.

Oval shapes for Link's body and the bird below the heads.
Now draw Link's neck and a large oval shape for his body and that of the bird.

Guide lines for Link's arms and the position of the sword.
Place straight lines for the arms and a long diagonal line for where the sword will go.

Thicker shapes for limbs, a beak for the bird, and pointed elf ears.
Make the arms and legs thicker with simple shapes and draw Link's pointed ears.

Sketch of the shield, the belt, and the basic shape of Link's hair.
Draw the main lines of the shield, the belt, and the first tufts of his hair.

Details of the fingers, the belt buckle, and the top of the sword.
Give Link fingers on his hands and draw the buckle of his belt and the details on the sword.

Detailed hair locks on Link and the beginning wings of the bird.
Now draw the individual locks of his hair and make the bird's wing visible.

Add extra lines to Link's clothing and further finish the bird with feathers.

Go over the most important lines with a dark pencil and carefully erase all the guide lines.
