Kort samengevat
In this lesson, you will learn to draw a hippo by starting with two large ovals. We then add the legs and a snout for a wonderful result.
Stappen
Draw a large horizontal oval for the belly and a smaller oval for the head.
Connect the two ovals with a sturdy neck and draw a small line for the tail.
Draw guide lines for where the legs and the large snout should go.
Now sketch the four thick legs and make two small arches for the ears.
Make the snout rounder and give the ears an extra line on the inside.
Draw small hooves at the bottom of the legs and make the tail a bit thicker.
Draw two small dots for the eyes and two holes for the nose.
Look closely at your entire drawing and make the lines of the neck and back nice and smooth.
Erase the guide lines and draw a line for the ground it is standing on.
