Hi little artist! Today we are going to draw a super cute hamster that looks like it could eat right out of your hand. We'll start very simply with a few circles and lines. Grab your pencil and eraser, and let's get started together!

A horizontal oval with a cross inside as the base for the hamster's head.
Draw a horizontal oval for the head and place a light cross in the middle for the face.

A large round circle under the first oval for the hamster's body.
Draw a larger, round shape under the head for the hamster's body.

Guide lines and small circles for the position of the ears, eyes, and paws.
Place small circles where the ears, eyes, and paws will eventually go.

Now draw the actual shapes of the round ears and create the snout at the bottom of the cross.

Small paws sticking out from the bottom and sides of the body.
Draw the small front and back paws attached to the round body.

Make the eyes black and draw the small toes on the paws.

Give the hamster small nails and draw soft hairs along the edges of its body.
