Drawing a hammerhead shark: Step-by-step drawing for kids

Animals
Hi little artist! Today we are going to draw a very special animal from the ocean: the hammerhead shark. With its funny, flat head, it looks super cool. Grab your pencil and eraser, and let's get started together!
1
Basic lines for the head and the back of the hammerhead shark.
Draw a wide, flat rectangle for the head and draw a long, curved line to the right for the back.
2
The outline of the shark's body.
Make the body thicker by drawing a second curved line below the first one, ending in a point.
3
Guide lines for the fins, tail, and mouth.
Place small dashes where the mouth, tail, and large fins will go later.
4
The dorsal fin and the tail fin of the hammerhead shark.
Draw a large triangle on the back and a sharp tail fin at the end of the body.
5
Side fins and the rounded shape of the hammerhead.
Draw the side fins at the bottom and make the corners of the hammer-head nicely rounded.
6
Adding eyes, gills, and small fins.
Draw small circles for the eyes on the sides of the head and add the gills with short lines.
7
Small details and extra fins near the tail.
Add the final small fins near the tail and draw a line for the nose.
8
The completed hammerhead shark with details and bubbles.
Make the outlines thicker, erase the guide lines, and draw some happy bubbles in the water.
