Drawing a cute foal in 8 simple steps

Animals
Hi little artist! Today we are going to draw a foal together, which is a baby horse. Grab your pencil and eraser, because we're going to work step by step. Have fun drawing!
1
Two ovals forming the head and body of a foal.
Draw a small oval for the head and a larger oval for the body of the foal.
2
Guide lines for the neck and a curved line for the tail of the little horse.
Connect the head and the body with two lines for the neck and draw a small curve for the tail.
3
Lines for the four legs and small ears on top of the head.
Now draw straight lines downwards for the legs and small triangles for the ears.
4
Thicker legs with hooves at the bottom of the foal.
Make the legs a bit thicker and draw small blocks at the bottom for the hooves.
5
Details of the muzzle and ears of the baby horse.
Give the foal a muzzle and finish drawing the shape of the ears.
6
The face with an eye and the first lines of the mane and tail.
Draw an eye, a nostril, and start on the cheerful mane and tail.
7
The foal with all details and smooth lines.
Now draw the final lines everywhere and add small details to the knees and the coat.
8
A finished drawing of a foal in the grass.
Erase the guide lines and draw some grass under the hooves so your foal is standing in the meadow!
