Drawing a Cheerful Dalmatian

Animals
Hi little artist! Today we are going to draw a Dalmatian, you know, one of those funny dogs with black spots. Grab your pencil and paper, because we are going to get started step by step. It's easier than you think!
1
Basic shapes of a Dalmatian: a small circle and a large oval.
Draw a small circle for the head and a larger oval for the body.
2
Lines connecting the head and the body with a tail line.
Connect the head and the body with two lines for the neck and sketch a line for the tail.
3
Guide lines for the legs and the face of the dog.
Draw straight guide lines for the legs and short lines on the face for the eyes and snout.
4
Creating thicker shapes for the front and back legs of the Dalmatian.
Now give the legs more shape by drawing thicker lines around the guide lines.
5
Drawing of dog ears, a snout, and a cheerful tail.
Draw the floppy ears on the side of the head and finish the snout and tail.
6
Details of the paws, eyes, and the nose of the dog.
Make small arches at the bottom of the legs for the toes and draw the eyes and the nose.
7
The Dalmatian gets its characteristic black spots on its white coat.
Carefully erase the guide lines and draw round spots all over the body.
8
Colored Dalmatian with spots standing on a drawn surface.
Color the spots and the nose black and draw a line for the ground he is standing on.
