Drawing a Cool Bobcat

Animals
Hi little artist! Today we are going to draw a real bobcat, which is a cool wild cat with funny tufts on its ears. Grab your pencil and eraser, because we are going to get started together. Follow the steps and before you know it, there will be a beautiful wild cat on your paper!
1
Basic shapes of a bobcat: a circle for the head and a large oval for the body.
Draw a small circle for the head and a larger oval next to it for the body.
2
Lines connecting the head to the body and a short line for the bobcat's tail.
Connect the head and the body with two curved lines for the neck and draw a guide line for the tail.
3
Guide lines on the face and straight lines for the position of the four legs.
Place small guide lines on the face for the eyes and nose, and draw straight lines for the legs.
4
Thicker shapes for the legs and a small round snout at the front of the head.
Make the legs thicker by drawing ovals around the lines and sketch the snout.
5
Two pointed ears on the head and a thicker short tail at the back.
Now draw the large triangular ears on top of the head and give the tail more shape.
6
Details of the face and round shapes for the bobcat's paws.
Draw the round eyes, the nose, and the large feet with small arches for the toes.
7
The bobcat gets a hairy coat and small black points on the ears.
Draw the fur with short, wiggly lines and add the famous tufts to the ears.
8
A finished drawing of a bobcat standing on the ground, without guide lines.
Erase the guide lines and color your bobcat with beautiful spots and a background.
