Drawing an Ankylosaurus: Create your own armored dino!

Hi young artist! Today we are going to draw a very special dinosaur: the Ankylosaurus. He looks like a walking tank with a club on his tail. Grab your pencil and eraser, and let's get started together!

Basic shapes of an Ankylosaurus with a large oval and a small circle.
Draw a large horizontal oval for the body and a small circle for the head.

Guide lines for the neck and a long curved line for the tail of the dino.
Connect the head and the body with two short lines for the neck and draw a long line for the tail.

Sketch of the spots for the legs and the jaw of the dinosaur.
Draw four short lines under the body where the legs should go and a line for the mouth.

Make the legs thicker by drawing sturdy shapes around them and give the snout a round shape.
